in this screensaver, the screen is filled with static noise of random intensity.
From the screen, every now and then a small square is copied and moved a bit.
when the screensaver is shut down, it will save the last image. When the screensaver starts again, it loads this image and continues.

Artist:
My work is about 'the origin of character', the border between autonomous and controlled behaviour. Since in my view, everything we see around us iis defined by the way our brain works, and in that sense 'you are what you see', this screensaver focuses on the moment we start to recognise anything at all.
